April 14, 2021 | Leave a comment I had a wonderfully relaxing walk today in the upper Goat Hill trails in Uxbridge. They were steep and rocky, which made it a better workout than the flatter lower trails. Sometimes you trade off lower step counts for more muscle building! I always think of my dad when I discover old stone walls on these walks :). He used to take us for long walks in the woods to look for them. What were you up to today? Tweet
