Legal Seafoods I love the name Legal Seafoods. It makes you think that all other seafood restaurants are therefore illegal and shouldn't be trusted. Legal Seafoods is a chain famous in Massachusetts for providing high quality seafood.
There are several locations in the Boston area. They are generally upscale but not overly intimidating. When I worked in the Boston area I found them perfect for a business lunch if there was some time to spare. Now that I don't work in Boston any more, I still try to get to a nearby Legal Seafoods every once in a while, to enjoy a quality, relaxing dinner experience.
Best of all, with more and more studies showing the importance of fish oils in our diet, it is incredibly healthy for you to eat grilled fish.
