I was thinking this would be a hearty New England style restuarant, but despite the traditional old-building setting the food was rather mediocre. The soup was weak, the salad was very plain, and the main dishes - fish and chips, and a chicken dish - were both about as plain and tasteless as they come. This might be good for a very picky child who hates spices, but other people might want to drive down the road a bit to one of the other, better restaurants in the area.
