The manager could not find our reservation. He then told us he could cut our waiting time to about 45 minures. We then waited one hour and twenty minutes before we walked out!

No one in the restaurant showed any concern about us during our long wait, which was all due to their not booking our reservation. Not even a complimentary drink or appetizer to show their concern! However, when I mentioned the lack of a complimentary appetizer, the manager then offered us one. We left without it ~ it was much too late at this point!

We will never return there!
