Well, excellent food. But tonight a staff member smashed a glass near our table, and when we told her there was glass on it she just said sorry. It took us a few minutes to find our waiter, who did some of the right things -- replaced a drink and took our food into the kitchen to examine (he offered to replace my main course, but being almost finished I turned him down). When we spoke to the manager he simply made excuses for the smasher blaming it on 'communication skills'. Alas, she spoke perfect English and at the very least he might have offered a drink instead of excuses. Not good.
